I figured this would be the perfect week to have a little grilled tofu 101 refresher. I remember my first few failed attempts at grilled tofu left me thinking it just couldn’t be done. More tofu was being scraped off the grill grates than ending up on the plate.
I’m not quite sure why it took me a few attempts to figure out the solution.
You need to grease the tofu and the grill grates. If you do those two things and keep the tofu at the right temperature you’ll be a tofu grilling pro in no time.
This recipe was kept very simple to really change up however you like. You can leave it as is and add sauces after grilling or marinade before hand and serve with more sauce on the side. Whatever you prefer!
