any guesses?

This morning I tried a new breakfast grain.

Again! 

Any guesses as to what it is?

clues:

• the brown flecks are from flax meal, not the grain
• gluten free
• I ground the grain before cooking

Hoping to feel a bit better tomorrow.  Looks like this is the full blown flu.  No fun!
