I plan to spread the love by enjoying the weekend with my children before they head back to school next week. My youngest daughter was diagnosed on the Autism spectrum last week and I’m hoping to soak up EVERY moment with all three of my children EVERY day for the rest of their lives!
You are all an extremely generous bunch. I was in awe from all of your comments on what you did this weekend, to spread the LOVE. Thanks to everyone who entered!!
Weekly Workout Overview:
- suicidal sweat ~20min
- 20min cycling on the bike trainer [with clipless pedals, finally!!]
- 1hr dog walk
- lift at home – biceps, shoulders, squats
- booty firm up – 12min [SO hard]
- 45min dog walk
- 35min swim
- Friday – rest/fun day
- tubing down the Poudre
- 30min leisurely dog walk
- ~2m walking to + from dinner
- Saturday – rest/fun day
- tubing, again…addicted?
- ~2m walking around downtown
- tone, trim + tight ~20min
- 35min cycling on bike trainer
I plan to talk about my workouts a little more in depth very soon! The last few weeks have been really different for me, since incorporating the Body Rock workouts. I haven’t been to the gym in two weeks!
A few weekend photos?
Headed out to New West Fest, a huge, weekend long [FREE!] community music festival. They actually had a ton of great music. So crazy that it was all free. Downtown basically shuts down and there are stages + vendor stands set up everywhere. Super fun!

I think Kelsey was standing 1 step above me…that or I shrunk overnight.
