Recipes

All of the recipes below are vegetarian with many being vegan or having a simple vegan option.  Most recipes are also gluten free.

If you have Celiac, or a severe gluten/wheat allergy, please consult your doctor for a full list of foods you are able to consume.  Be cautious when buying ingredients like oats, various grains, flours, tempeh, soy sauce, etc. as they can commonly include gluten in the ingredient list and/or can be cross contaminated with wheat during the packaging/growing process.  Always look for certified gluten free products, if needed.
